GIRLS NIGHT OUT

So, the dads kept the kiddos while us girls went out for some food and fellowship! It was a really good time.
Thanks to all the dads that made it possible :)

CADEN'S SWIM LESSONS

LANDON NOW HAS ANOTHER BIRTHDAY!

We are thrilled to let everyone know that Landon accepted Christ as his Savior today. He now has a Christian birthday and we're having cupcakes to celebrate! Landon has had to work through a lot of deaths in his short lifetime. We have tried to keep it on his level but at the same time being very honest about death and spiritual things. Today we saw a funeral procession and that led to Landon asking some questions and tring to make since in his little mind how life and death works. I had to opportunity to share with him the simple reality that we will all die and leave this earth but that is not the end. There is a heaven; however, everyone doesn't go to heaven. He understands that he is a sinner; his words, "the bad things I do like hitting". And that because of sin we can't live with God in heaven. But thankfully Jesus died and paid for that sin on the cross so now we don't have to pay for it and we can live in heaven with Jesus when we die. It is awesome to see God answer our prayers of our oldest son becoming a Christian at an early age.
